Job Description: eSystems is looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage the eSystems Little Rock office, and assist in managing the eSystems staff working on a client project there. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and has excellent communication skills. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as an extension of the corporate HR for eSystems staff members working in Little Rock
Coordinate with the corporate office to address staff members HR questions and issues
Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
Handle all onboarding and training activities for new hires / staff members
Assist in maintaining staff skills and certification matrix
Assist in organizing company / project functions and other team building activities
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Run miscellaneous company’s errands
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
Maintain an inventory of and place orders for Coffee supplies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree required
2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
Good research skills and attention to detail
