Palco

Palco is the industry leader in providing financial management services and supports coordination to individuals on home and community-based services programs. And, we were the first.

Arkansas, where Palco is headquartered, was the first state to pilot “self-direction” more than 20 years ago — and, we were right there from the beginning. Now, we provide a variety of self-directed services to diverse populations across multiple states.

In addition to fiscal/employer agent services, we offer financial management services, supports coordination, billing and claims processing, training, and much more.

The services we provide enable individuals with disabilities, veterans, people who are older, children, and others — along with their families — to live independent lives. We offer tailor-made solutions to meet the needs of thousands of people across multiple states.

Our partners always give us high marks for our customer service, professionalism, responsiveness, leadership, and respect. We would love to share our expertise with you.
