Participates in the development of technology roadmaps related to Data Assurance that are incorporated into system platforms by working with subject matter experts; collaborating with technical experts and architects; coordinating the evaluation of customer and supplier solutions; reviewing and presenting recommendations relative to customer and supplier solutions and services; providing subject matter expertise for data loss prevention solutions and technology; and researching and presenting information about new technologies.
Coordinates, reviews, and implements data loss prevention system changes with customers and other system areas by ensuring testing and validation of changes; evaluating the system environment; representing Cybersecurity on divisional councils; and reviewing changes before and after product installations.
Identifies and implements data loss prevention solutions by gathering requested information; writing, testing, and debugging programs (for example, .NET, Java) and scripts (for example, batch, PowerShell, Perl) for Incident Management; managing code reviews; using commands and utilities; setting the technical direction for the team; monitoring alerts and other system checks and balances; managing system performance, availability, and reliability; implementing improvements to products, alerts, and monitors; and compiling documentation.
Leads stakeholder engagement by aligning complex business needs with data loss prevention solutions and technology; engaging with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues related to products in accordance with service level agreements; ensuring issues are documented; leading escalation resolution; and managing stakeholder expectations.
Assigns, leads, and participates in team tasks by receiving tasks from project leads and experienced team members; assigning tasks to team members; giving updates on assignments; leading and contributing in team meetings and discussions; creating, reviewing, and delivering team documentation; and developing and delivering written and oral presentations for diverse audiences (for example, management, customers, suppliers, technical staff).
