Position Summary...

What you'll do...

  • Product owner of either Talent Acquisition or Selection who will pave the way on what these processes look like for our stores, supply chain and transportation.
  • Leads the development and integration of technology within the product while identifying system integration gaps
  • Drives the effectiveness of communication plans, programs, and initiatives by consulting with key stakeholders and field leadership; soliciting, evaluating, and applying recommendations for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Selection
  • Must have strategic thought leadership

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in product management or related field OR 6 years’ experience in product management or related field. 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
