Position Summary...

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

What you'll do...

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product direction, prioritizing features, backlog, and business engagements for insights by partnering with internal teams such as: Operations, Finance, Travel & Expense, Associate Digital Experience, Security, etc.
Coordinate with other product engineering teams to identify and and solve for dependencies (Data, messaging, integrations, etc.)
Work cross-functionally to gather requirements from partner teams (Operations, Finance, etc) and communicate these to the project and development teams
Identify product features needed to improve user engagement and response to Insights, such as: channels used for messaging (email, web, Teams, Workplace, etc.), Feedback on Insights to help with targeting, etc.
Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project 
Partner with our User Experience (UX) team to determine research plans to help improve engagement and target future audiences
Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to determine baseline metrics for each functional area and Insight, and how to measure user interactions and impact. Examples include: actions performed, dollars saved, NPS, and ticket reduction
Manage the product roadmap and communication strategy, including the target audiences 
Create documentation and processes to enable easier onboarding and maintenance of business use cases into the product 
Calculate ROI and help drive business impact (e.g. SG&A reduction) via product deliverables

Responsibilities include...

An ideal candidate would have...

  • Previous working experience as a Product Manager for 3+ years
  • Degree in Finance/Business, with technical familiarity (software development) a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, including presentation to senior leadership and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: MBA 
  • Preferred: Financial management experience (e.g. budget management, ROI/business case development)
