This position will contribute to the development and support of customer data and monitor the availability of all applications that support Direct Customer Marketing, including 3rd party integrations. The team will work collaboratively with other teams to support the corporate marketing strategy and will be responsible for the health and accuracy of the customer database. Interested individuals should be self-starters that have an interest in creatively solving business problems. This area leverages a wide array of technology - from the mainframe to machine learning.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for researching problems and developing, testing, implementing code changes
  • Follow best practices around data matching and hygiene. Develop an understanding of various regulations and policies in order to ensure the proper protection of customer data
  • Learn the business environment and work closely with other internal teams and end users
  • Learn how to leverage the data warehouse and BI/Analytics tools in order to research and develop solutions
  • Customer Data Analytics

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR
  • Experience in COBOL, CICS, and JCL
  • Experience with relational databases, such as DB2, Teradata
  • Experience with scripting languages
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming
  • Moderate to advanced SQL knowledge
  • Work well under pressure, grasp new ideas quickly, and be able to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Highly motivated, effective communicator willing to work well in a group environment as well as function independently
  • Well-developed testing and validation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well with internal and external parties
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • 2 Years
