Job Description

The *NIX/Open Storage Team is looking for motivated IT professionals with a willingness to learn and grow with us. You will be a part of a team responsible for over 700 Linux/AIX/VMware/PowerVM VIOS servers and approximately 1.8 PB of Open Storage. The applicant will be required to support a dynamic environment, with a focus on problem determination/resolution and performance tuning. The applicant must be an effective self-starter and team player in a highly visible and technically challenging department. We welcome applicants with less experience who have a strong desire to learn the technologies.

  • Design Infrastructure solutions for *NIX and Open Storage Platforms
  • Install, upgrade, and patch Linux, AIX, VMware and PowerVM VIOS systems
  • Learn to install and support Red Hat Open Container Platform (OCP)
  • Rack and stack x86 and Power hardware
  • Configure and provision open storage and backups
  • Upgrade and support the following technologies: IBM General Parallel File Systems (GPFS), IBM BigFix, BeyondTrust PBIS/PBUL, Storix, Galileo Monitoring, IBM Spectrum Protect
  • Responsible for security hardening and remediation of all supported infrastructure


  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR
  • Proficient scripting skills is preferred
  • Some Knowledge of networking and F5
  • Work well under pressure, grasp new ideas quickly, and be able to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Ability to maintain a schedule driven project list while handling interruptions in a timely and effective manner
  • Highly motivated, effective oral and written communicator with a positive attitude
  • Candidate will need to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Ability to rack and stack hardware
  • Excellent organization skills
