This position is responsible for assisting in the Real Estate Department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties throughout the Department as assigned and/or as necessary. ISD jobs could include pager responsibilities.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Analyzes systems or business processes to design solutions by meeting with Customers and end users; Investigating business requirements and ongoing operations; reviewing solution pros and cons with team members and Customers; completing technical design aspects; and developing system and program specifications.
Conducts business and technical impact analysis of proposed application changes by inspecting proposed changes (for example, System Configurations); and suggesting testing standards and scenarios.
Participates, creates, and delivers communication on application solutions to diverse audiences (for example, management, Customers, suppliers, technical staff) by gathering required information; developing materials; and identifying recommendations.
Participates on team projects by following Information Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes; assisting with required technical resource allocation; testing and debugging complex programs and scripts.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION - Review, configure and recommend required functionality to provide tailored solutions using third-party software (TRIRIGA or Similar ERP Systems); and document as required.
User acceptance testing (UAT) - Design and test objects that meets the user acceptance criteria during technical user testing and functional user testing working with the Quality Assurance team. This includes coming up with all possible scenarios to test, this is more than would be tested in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Work defects as part of Technical Unit testing (TUT) communicate the defect in a manner that the developers can fix them. Retesting of the defects
Conducts Sprint Demos of the work products to the Product Owner and other Stakeholders to include the business
Introduce innovation into the processes to improve results, enhance productivity and assist the department to meet corporate goals
Eliminate inefficiencies and defects while maintaining quality process and performance
Attention to detail in documenting and understanding as-is processes
A percentage of the position will be business facing and requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high degree of professionalism is required to communicate and present to executive leaders
Ability to be successful within a team and independently with minimum supervision in a high paced environment
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years experience in information technology within the past 10 years OR 7 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years.
