Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The ideal candidate will be a builder with a strong understanding of how to apply technologies like Data Science, Machine Learning, Robotic Automations, Computer Vision, etc. to digitally transform the way people work.   In this critical strategic role, you will engage with our business partners to listen and understand the challenges and inefficiencies of today, craft a vision for tomorrow, build the business plan and gain acceptance, and work with the engineering teams on a delivery roadmap to execute the strategy.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

  • You have managed a data or machine learning automation project for a distributed enterprise
  • You have a portfolio of product management experiences in the digital transformation of a business area (ex. Human resources, finance, supply chain, etc).
  • You have a strong understanding of data science and machine learning products.
  • You have demonstrable Program Management experience at a large scale

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Bringing Passion to ideate, plan, and deliver technology-driven digital transformations
  • Developing and enhancing products – you will manage data science and ML product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership


  • Bachelor's degree required/MBA a huge plus!
  • 6+ years in product management, emerging technologies, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience in Identifying key metrics, conducting rigorous explorative data analysis, and building business cases that drive decision making and business prioritization
  • Data-driven mindset with a degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics
  • Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically
