Senior Manager II, User Experience - (UX) Merchandising

About the Team

Our team builds products vital to the core business of Walmart. In addition, we design experiences for our Merchants and Suppliers to direct the way Walmart sells in an omnichannel environment affecting millions of customers.

As a Senior Manager II in the Assortment area, you will lead a design team tasked with building experiences for what Walmart sells. Assortment Excellence covers all the tools used to determine the variety and quality of Walmart's products. In addition, you will own the strategy, negotiations, channels, and inventory distribution experiences for Merchants and advocate for the user in all communications with business, tech, and product partners.
