What you’ll do…
The Senior Director Call Center Technology will be thought leader who delivers Contact Center technology and innovation for Walmart’s Inc. (to include International, Acquisitions, and Sam’s Club). They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the design, development, project delivery, and implementation of the organization’s applications development and data analytics reporting.
As a leader, the Director of Contact Center Technology will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing managers to deliver solutions with our business customers and support their operational needs. They will provide industry leading expertise in contact center experience and technologies, stay close to industry trends, and works with vendors, partners to select and implement new technical capabilities and platforms that serve the Company well into the future.

Managing and executing communications with business partners regarding services and solutions including roadmaps, new features, and platform
Understanding the key touch points in the customers’ journey and what capabilities are required to deliver a seamless and consistent experience
Leading evaluation and integration of vendor packages focusing on technology to enhance customer experience by increasing agent engagement and empowerment
Anticipating future contact center trends and business needs and improve speed to market of key capabilities.
Ensuring consistent technical solutions and agile methodology adoption throughout the department.
Providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Attracting, developing, and retaining talent to achieve a strong team; and develop own technical, coaching and leadership skills to stay in-line with industry trends.
Translating technology challenges and opportunities to key business stakeholders to ensure buy in and prioritization.
