Walmart Manufacturing Tech is building applications for our growing internal supply chain. These applications will tie our ERP platform (SAP) and the other open stack technologies that we are building on top of that as well as standalone applications built into our cloud. Goal is to streamline our internal supply chain that will in turn reduce the cost and improve the quality of the products we sell.
This role will be focused on building our frontend side of applications that are geared toward sending our users to a one stop place to get all work done. This could be using either React Native/JS or Angular for connecting our shop floor with our backend systems. This role will be critical in the development and implementation of these applications. Our team is continuously adding talent and we are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer who wants to learn the business and can effectively communicate with our business partners in the home offices as well as our plants.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
