The Associate Product team builds products to enhance the experience for our 1.5M+ associates across the U.S. You’ll leverage the best and latest tools to facilitate remote teams and work with teams who develop experiences that are changing the industry including 24 hour hiring, remote onboarding, team scheduling, and recommended training . The Associate Product team creates the journey for our associates from hire to retire. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for building tools that create a best in class experience that makes people want to come work for Walmart and see the endless opportunities they’ll find once they arrive.
