Senior Product Manager, Associate Scheduling

As a part of Walmart’s Associate Product Org, you’ll be the voice of our associates. Why? Because Sam Walton founded our company with the belief that the best ideas come from our associates. This is that place. This is Walmart.

The Associate Product team creates the journey for our associates from hire to retire.  As a part of the team, you will be responsible for building tools that create a best in class experience that makes people want to come work for Walmart and see the endless opportunities they’ll find once they arrive.  It’s our job to make it easy for associates and keep things simple.  At Walmart, you’ve got the opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our 1.5M+ associates.  In this role, you’ll work with many cross functional teams to develop solutions, while listening to our associates to ensure that we meet their needs.  We’ll change the way it feels to work at Walmart.

As the biggest player in the game, we trust our team to innovate around the associate’s experience for workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling. If you are motivated by complex, purposeful challenges, a Senior Product Manager role at Walmart could be the fit you’ve been looking for.

You’ll make an impact by:
