  • Drive engineering excellence & support business objectives across the year with an accelerated focus to deliver quality products
  • Establish agile ways of working to reduce delivery lead time and cost aligning with our core EDLC (Every Day Low Cost) principles
  • Work alongside data science teams to identify the next big initiative positively impacting our top and bottle line

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience and 10 years of software development experience building cross-functional applications
  • Deep technical experience leading architects, front-end, back-end, and data engineers, quality assurance, dev-ops, and other technical resources
  • Providing supervision and development opportunities for associates by training, mentoring, and building a team-based work environment
  • Knowledge of third-party financial solutions providers such as Oracle, SAP, OneStream is a plus
  • Expertise with large data sets, ideally inclusive of financial data
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize while removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance
  • Strong record of delivering engineering projects with significant impact
  • Developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
  • Experience directing budgets, and resources to achieve maximum value
  • Strong track record of delivering large, cross functional projects
  • Strong foundations of FP&A with planning and transformation expertise
  • Knowledge of the processes within an Agile organization are required, CI/CD, scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree required/MBA/Finance a huge plus!

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related field OR 7 years’ experience in software
engineering or related field.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
