Job Description

Arkansas Center for Data Sciences (ACDS) is helping Fellowship Bible Church hire an IT Support Technician in Little Rock

This position will provide front line desktop support to Fellowship’s staff across all campuses.  This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and software.  This also includes operation of Fellowship’s Church Management System, Ministry Platform.  The Technician will also assist end users by troubleshooting via tickets, Teams messages or in person in a timely and accurate fashion.

  • Respond to support tickets
  • Solve hardware and software issues
  • Assist I.T. team members in tasks
  • Learn I.T. and database systems
  • Travel to campuses to assist users

What's a successful candidate look like?

  • The ideal candidate is a rapid learner engaged in perpetual self-education and has experience troubleshooting Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices.  We do not expect expertise in every situation but do expect you to have patience with the end user and persistence in solving problems.
  • Desired, but not necessary skills:
    • Basic database experience
    • Ministry Platform
    • Active Directory
    • Office 365
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft certification
    • edX certificate
    • CompTIA+


  • Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
  • Ability to work onsite at office in Little Rock, Arkansas
