We are seeking a Co-Op/MDF Specialist to join our team. Do you have a solid background in customer service? Enjoy problem solving, handling claims and assisting customers with questions in an efficient manner?  We have the role for you!

 

What will you be doing? 

The Co-Op/MDF Promotions Specialist handles the processing of Co-op/MDF claims and pre-approvals, along with providing customer service (calls and emails). The 360insights Co-op/MDF Promotions Specialist offers multiple levels of support to the Co-op/MDF line of business. 

 

Stand out and stay on track:  

    • You will provide world-class customer service for our clients through:
      • Email support boxes and portals
    • Utilizing 360 Platforms, phone, and email tools, the Co-op/MDF Promotions team manages thousands of claims and interactions which must be delivered the highest level of quality and customer service. 
    • Complete task-based duties as assigned by the Manager, Client Operations
    • Provide support Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM CST to multiple clients.

  •  Be an expert on Co-op & MDF Policies, Procedures, and Programs
  • Apply policies and procedures in a detailed, accurate, and consistent manner
  • Review and process Pre-Approvals
  • Review and process claims for accuracy
  • Calculate claim values using client and compliant procedures
  • Be proactive in problem solving
  • Review different types of advertising and guidelines for compliancy
  • Respond to ticket inquiries from participants in a timely manner
  • Work with leadership to identify inconsistencies and gaps in program guidelines
  • Handle oral and written communication in a professional and timely manner, when necessary
  • Maintain and exceed individual KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), including high standards of quality
  • Participate positively in the 360 Culture and philosophy
