You’ll make an impact through:

Change management – Document and communicate changes to cross functional partners. Plan, execute, and project manage operational elements of automation and market fulfillment center go-live. Activities include but are not limited to supporting operations with staffing plans, content for training development, cross functional coordination of operational go live, communication plans, operational final acceptance of automation, and develop operational playbook for onsite leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Leadership experience and technical/functional expertise in the following areas: management consulting, corporate strategy, operations management (direct retail and / or consumer business experience is strongly preferred)
  • Experience driving large, complex, cross-functional processes; strategic planning experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications...

As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate., Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 5 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. Option 2: 7
years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.
