The Product manager role will work cross-functionally with our teams and help us in our missions to improve inventory accuracy and innovate new idea and concepts into our inventory platform.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Customer Centricity – understanding customer needs and pain points and empathizing with them as you craft the vision and strategy to address those needs
  • Developing Product Strategies – Owning the product strategy & vision and working with our customers to create meaningful problem statements with clear goals and outcomes
  • Producing compelling stories and visuals - Guide developers and modelers in producing game changing innovations around inventory accuracy and inventory location data by outlining opportunities
  • Execution focused – having a Bias for action, being resourceful when blocked and delivering per commitment
  • Leveraging tools & channels – Partnering with development and internal team members to optimize usage of our Inventory system to optimize the retail experience for our customers for in store and online shopping experiences
  • Stakeholder management and communication: build trust and relationships with new and existing areas of Walmart supply chain from stores to vendors in a cross functional manner.  You will need to be able to work with business and technical teams to gather insights from both perspectives influencing and negotiating along the way
  • Operating with excellence – Set an example in managing to KPIs and improves & communicate key metrics, using data for prioritization, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others
