As an Experience & AI Product Management Director, you’ll be part of a team that enables business outcomes through continuous innovation, optimization, enhancement, and maintenance of Experience & AI technologies.
Responsible for product creation of the full life cycle of people digital experiences across the enterprise, this critical leadership role will partner with the respective People COE leadership and their teams, business segments, UX and Engineering to bring together products that will amaze associates. This role will be most impactful when it fosters and inspires full cross-segment 4itB ways of working (4iTB defines Product, Business, UX and Engineering). As a product leader impacting experiences across all segments of the Walmart business, fostering collaboration is at the core of this role. Defining and building product for enterprise scale, whilst designing for business unit adaptation where required will be the way in which success is achieved.
Define long-term vision and product strategy for multiple best-in-breed product families, collaborate to develop and deliver on Associate Experience and AI product strategy / roadmap, and capitalize on domain expertise, leveraging internal and external best practices and standards to drive design and decision making
Focus on integrating the People programs and systems to create a seamless, composite associate experience powered with AI
Personalize and embed AI into every touchpoint of associates’ daily Walmart lives coupled with the experience layer, designing for an integrated digital experience for all associates
Create and execute de-branding strategy for applications to create a persona-based associate experience enabled by a composite app approach tailored for different workforce segments
Build enterprise focused AI strategies across the associate journey and not siloed by function
Create an “AI Dojo” to continuously explore and infuse AI into the associate experience and People function
Identify and anticipate opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of market trends, oversee the execution of competitive assessments; drive innovation, approve business cases, prioritize resource allocation, approve objectives and KPIs
Build and foster collaborative relationships with key partners (for example, business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics) by driving priorities across business pillars and role modeling transparency; communicating product roadmaps and priorities; collaborating across product areas for roadmap prioritization; engaging with key partners to determine the best product and business strategies; and gaining buy-in from executive-level leadership
