Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Manages products, services, and operations for assigned business areas by managing and executing strategies to meet sales forecasts; identifying
potential efficiencies; implementing corrective actions; ensuring end-to-end functional and fulfillment testing of new products for all delivery methods;
managing day-to-day activities of third-party suppliers; reviewing the site and developing strategies to improve the customer experience; monitoring
and defining strategies to act on customer feedback; and providing strategic and operational recommendations to senior staff and cross functional/
third party partners.


Executes new feature and product development road maps by collaborating with management; delivering road map of site enhancements ;
developing business requirements ; working with associates and third parties to approve product-requirement documents and functional testing.


Adheres to methodologies, frameworks, approaches, and timelines by collaborating across work streams to improve business efficiency and
effectiveness; using various advanced analysis methodologies; developing creative solutions within business areas that reduce cost and meet
business goals; exercising judgment to assign activities; and supporting evaluation processes .


Supports with product or service assortment and delivery channels by evaluating financial reports to analyze business results and identifying actions
to drive incremental sales; optimizing product assortment; sourcing and analyzing information related to product performance, trends, forecasts,
competitors, and the industry changes; and conducting price and contract negotiation with suppliers; and developing strategies for promotional
activities.


Coordinates and implements strategy for departments or categories by obtaining buy-in from department leaders ; identifying potential changes in the
business ; collaborating with and influencing suppliers, third party partners, cross-functional partners, and executive-level Walmart management to
develop and deliver strategies and plans for category growth (for example, pricing, product development, marketing); and presenting business
strategies to senior leadership.


Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and
guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and
building commitment for perspectives and rationales.


Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
i mprovement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.


Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others
with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
