Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a member of our start-up product team at Walmart Global Technology, you’ll have the opportunity to engage and lead internal stakeholders through understanding and addressing some of their most complex challenges in their journey of digital transformation.

We lead groups through identifying their critical issues in their organization’s digital maturity journey and to prepare technology for the new home office, encompassing technological and cultural opportunities (tools, data, strategy, communications) etc. The nature of the strategy and consulting role is grounded in a mixture of skills including futures thinking, collaboration, problem solving, communications, project management and change management.

You will need to engage in unfamiliar groups and topics under pressure to leverage research to rapidly learn the topic and understand challenges to create an environment that empowers ideation for solutions and steer toward actionable outcomes.


  • Organizational change management (planning and communication)
  • Project/Product/Program Management (2+ years prior experience)
  • Large meeting management or prior facilitation experience (2 +years prior experience)
  • Roadmap development experience
  • Cultural awareness and inclusivity
  • Tools candidate will need to demonstrate capabilities with:
    • Standard office tools (word, spreadsheet, PPT, basic data dashboards)
    • Engagement and collaboration tools (ex. Zoom, Mural, Teams)

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Keeping your product strategy and communications well-planned
  • Ensuring that your product teams are well-informed about the roadmap and priorities
  • Developing roadmaps using data driven strategies  
  • Keeping an up-to-date roadmap and goal progress records
  • Evaluating stakeholder and user feedback and intake requests
  • Driving the execution of deliverables by leading the team’s agile practices and looking for ways to improve those practices
  • Being a voice and advocate for your products
  • Planning communications to promote the team and the products
  • Keeping operational metrics to show progress against goals
  • Goal setting and product strategizing both short and long-term
  • Cross-collaborating with multiple stakeholders to address business needs that will positively impact productivity and/or the user’s experience

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…..

  • You have prior experience in digital transformation/ digital strategy/ transformational project execution (2+ years prior experience)
  • You have worked as a technical project/ product manager within a technology organization
  • You have experience with digital twin data products
  • Have experience with real estate and facility management
  • You are familiar with Graph QL or other data base frameworks
  • Have experience mentoring or directly managing others
  • You have experience as a software engineer or data analyst to help you relate to the development team

Minimum Qualifications...
