We are looking for a Director of Technology to support our rapidly growing development team in Bentonville, AR. At RevUnit we make a difference in the lives of users as we create learning, productivity and intelligence apps used daily by thousands and sometimes millions of employees.
As the Director of Technology you will provide technical leadership, direction, and mentoring for those team members who report to you. You will work across functions and with our clients to architect and execute sound solutions. You will embrace new challenges and need to be able to adapt your solutions to unique and ever changing client needs. You’ve been in the trenches and can discuss decisions that worked as well as those that backfired. You are pragmatic and adapt solutions and teams to project constraints.
In addition, you will deliver product and feature roadmaps and provide overall leadership and day to day management for a specific product to which you are dedicated.
You will report directly to the VP of Technology and will have a significant amount of decision-making authority related to technology direction, client opportunities and team growth. The developers you lead will be a part of a product team consisting of designers, developers, and product owners.
