Job Description

US Compounding Pharmacy is a PCAB Accredited™ compounding pharmacy nationally recognized as a leader in providing quality compounded medications to hospitals, surgery centers, and patients. We specialize in sterile admixing and compounding for hospitals, veterinary compounding, and topical pain management.

Description:

Perform quality control activities ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Submit and track samples sent for analytical and microbiological testing
  • Review analytical and microbiological testing reports
  • Perform final release review of batch records and certificates of analysis
  • Oversee transition to new contract testing laboratory or in-house laboratory services, including validation testing
  • Coordinate stability testing program
  • Understand overall Quality Management System and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement as a member of the Quality Team
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or Associates Degree, Technical Certificate in applicable field, or 3+ years’ experience in Quality
  • Quality experience, knowledge of good documentation practices, and basics understanding of cGMP compliance preferred.

SKILLS

  • MS Office and Adobe proficiency required
  • Type>35wpm
  • Detailed-oriented, strong organizational, communication & project management skills required
