  • US Compounding is looking for a qualified person to join our Product Compliance Inspection (PCID) team. The PCID team ensures that administrative procedures and requirements are followed to maintain the efficiency of pharmacy operations. This team member will be required to work in conjunction with team leaders and technicians across departments.
  • The PCID Operator will be required to work in a fast-paced environment. This person should possess exemplary time management and organizational skills. This position is vital to the workflow efficiency of the department.
  • Medications in their final container are processed through PCID. Visual inspection, count justification, label application, as well as final packaging are completed in this department.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:

  • The PCID Operator must visually inspect products and therefore must have 20/20 vision, corrected vision is acceptable.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter data electronically
  • Navigate and use the proper software programs associated with the PCID department to ensure products are accounted for
  • Responsibilities will vary over time

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs when needed
  • Follow processes as outlined
  • Attention to quality of work is essential
  • Ability to operate machinery
  • Must be able to work while standing for several hours
  • Must meet all qualifications to be approved by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy to become a Pharmacy Technician

Desired Skills:

  • Intermediate to advance skills in Windows based software
  • Able to identify process improvement, work as a team member

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:

  • Climate controlled environment
  • Sitting and standing for several hours
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer and assemble small items
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs when needed
