  • Project Management Experience - Managing New Product Introductions of Robotics, Scoping requirements, managing vendor relationships, Partnering with business and operators to roll out new technologies.
  • Packaging Automation, Mechantronics, and Sortation Automation systems experience.
  • This position requires the ability to innovate, analyze, organize, plan, schedule, implement, and deliver processes and projects to maximize safe, economical, and effective use of materials, energy, and people.


You'll Make an Impact by
• Managing large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms, or deprecating systems that are no longer needed. These efforts require you to work with multiple teams in and/or across organizations.
• Accountable for the overall strategy of a large program. You successfully manage all stages (from concept to delivery). Your program meets challenging business goals and/or shows measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or business area.
• Understanding the architecture of the systems you work with (e.g., workflows, APIs, runtime characteristics, design limitations, and maintenance requirements). You influence team technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
• Communicating ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including Directors and VPs. You foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus). You partner successfully with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Simplify. You judiciously add, refine, and remove procedures. By applying project management best practices, you increase the productivity and effectiveness of the teams you work with.
• Routinely and efficiently deliver the right things. You define clear goals and objectives. You drive crisp decisions in your program area about what projects move forward and in what priority order. You proactively identify risks and bring them to the attention of your team and stakeholders with plans for mitigation before they become roadblocks.
  • Operational Excellence: Explains operational functions and key functional roles of own department or unit. Clarifies the role of each department and its relevance to the enterprise strategy.
  • Data and Digital Literacy: Leverage data analysis tools to explore moderately complex data, develop and test hypotheses, uses data to influence strategic work, builds and presents insights.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Engage with team members on a periodic basis and establish credibility. Analyze stakeholder needs and partner with them to share relevant information.
  • Business Acumen: Support the development of business cases and recommendations. Own the delivery of project activity and tasks assigned by others. Support process updates and changes.
  • Influential Communication: Organize thoughts, communicates articulately, confidently, credibly, and concisely within scope.
  • Mechatronics: Cites examples of usage or application of electrical design in automating supply chain processes. Demonstrates knowledge of wiring schematics ensuring they meet requirements and are safe and compliant. Describes common mechanical components of DC and FC equipment.
  • Automation System Design: Describes key measures of success associated with the use of automation machineries.
  • Process Flow Design: Interprets information to quantify the anticipated outcome of supply chain decisions.
  • Automation Integration: Understands the concepts and uses for Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Engineering Economics: Describes the concepts behind engineering economics and implications of financial data.
  • Advanced Analytics: Explains the key concepts and features of data analysis methods. Lists the major sources (e.g. tools, dashboards, industry sources etc.) for collecting.

  • 7+ years of experience in project engineering/management of highly automated systems and/or robotics
  • PMP Certification
  • Demonstrated experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Demonstrated skills leading and influencing business partners
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations
  • Working knowledge with analytical problem solving methodologies, programs, and tools including Six Sigma, Statistical Hypothesis testing, Control software, Simulation, and Queuing Analysis
