We are seeking a Software Engineer - Java for a key position within Global Time and Attendance team. Global Time and Attendance platform plays key role in enabling associates to manage their time & attendance by providing convenient mobile & desktop experience.

What you'll do..
- Performs analysis, development, testing, and debugging of application software.
- Works closely with other developers, project management and stakeholders to identify requirements, level-of-effort and timelines.
- Proactively troubleshooting open issues and bug-fixes; and ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs.
- Performing root cause analysis to reduce future issues; engaging support teams to assist in the resolution of issues
- Follow Agile and Scrum software development methodologies during project development and project communication
Minimum education and experience required:
- Bachelor degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years
- Master Degree in Computer Science and 2+ Years of software development experience
What you'll bring..
- Over 2 years of experience in building Java based applications
- Experience with Java, Spring framework, SQL and cloud experience such as Azure.
- Experience in RESTful Microservices
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker on Kubernetes
- Clear Communication, and Ability to multitask between several different requirements and features concurrently
- Superior analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Have a true passion about Technology. It's a must
