Locations for our openings can vary based on business need. We continuously have open roles at our Home Office locations of Bentonville, Arkansas; Hoboken, New Jersey; and San Bruno, California. We also have openings across the country at our Distribution and Fulfillment Centers, so your ability to relocate will increase your opportunity to join our team depending on open roles and your interest! Travel is also expected for most of our Automation Engineering roles, ranging anywhere from 10-50% depending on role.

You will dig into the technical solutions to help provide the business value needed. You will also track development, test and validate the solution, and interact with end users. This role offers the ability to solve customer problems through software!
  • Supply Chain Management experience, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Technology Product Management, Program Management, Distribution or Ecommerce Fulfillment background
  • Automation & Robotics experience (not a must have)
  • Cross-functional team management
  • Supply Chain Operations Management

You'll Make an Impact by
  • Driving product lifecycle from requirement gathering, requirement writing, identifying, and measuring the value, partnering on the development, testing, and other launch efforts
  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices; identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Help software engineers design and architect the best solution for technical needs.
  • Developing scalable systems that will serve millions of customers across the US

What you'll bring...
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data or related field
  • 2 years of experience in Engineering or Supply Chain or Product
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence effectively - confidence, credibility, and concise, organized thoughts
  • The ability to partner and collaborate while establishing credibility, analyzing stakeholder needs, and responding effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstratable business acumen and ownership of project activity

  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI), Data Modeling and Data Science Tools
