As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be a part of a diverse team that collaborates with many areas of the business to solve problems and improve current processes. Inventory management specialists monitor the flow of merchandise, while working with both the merchants and the supply chain to execute strategic initiatives particular to each business case.

Roles and Responsibilities


Working with all areas and levels of the company, the Specialist will improve the profitability of the supply chain. Strong communication skills are essential, and the Specialist should be prepared to work in flexible roles on diverse teams. 


The Specialist will be involved in 

  • Inventory Management

  • Data Analysis

  • Project Management



  • BS in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or related fields

  • Creativity and innovation

  • Professional presentation design and delivery

  • Clear, concise communication

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Availability to travel occasionally

  • Team mentality

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR during established hours


Desired skills

  • Understanding of relational databases/SQL

  • 2 or more years experience in retail, supply chain, or information technology
