Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst will work with a diverse team to manage, develop, and improve Dillard’s supply chain with a specific focus on the inventory management system.  The Analyst will use mathematical modeling and data analysis to develop decision models, both ad hoc and productional, and will communicate the business case, plans for implementation, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

Working with all areas and levels of the company, the Analyst will improve the profitability of the supply chain. Strong communication skills are essential, and the Analyst should be prepared to work in flexible roles on diverse teams. The ability to travel occasionally is a requirement.  

The Analyst will be involved in one or more of the team’s core competencies including

  • Education
    • BS or MS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
