Job Description

Engage with our Customers during initial deployment of our Strategic applications, including Office Suite, IPSimple and targeted Network Services.   They will act as the customer’s consultant on both new configuration of services and migration strategy to our solution. They will engage with the Project Coordinator on database configuration needs and timelines to keep project on track.  This role will also serve as a Tier 2 resource to Field Operations technicians on complex MAC activities.  ...
