The Sales Manager owns all sales and customer service processes within the company. He/She is well versed in laser technology including the following areas: DPSS Lasers, laser diodes, SLEDs, VCSELs, Tapered Amplifier, and similar devices.  Manager should have a firm technical understanding of how these technologies are used by customers.  The manager oversees the daily sales and customer service functions of the sales department.
