The IT services department at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville is searching for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst for IT Services will coordinate with various end-users in distributed and centralized IT to create new and enhance existing technical capabilities that support the university. This person will conduct discovery sessions through the intake process and as projects are started. As projects start, the business analyst will work to interview, observe, and curate supporting documentation and requirements to create an accurate representation of work in progress and begin to strategize with the project management office.
